Mouth-friendly recipe: healthy coleslaw

Bring a side that’s welcomed at every summer occasion! This colorful coleslaw uses calcium-rich Greek yogurt (instead of mayo) for a tangy twist. The combination of red and green cabbage, along with the carrots, adds just the right amount of crunch to satisfy.

6 cups green cabbage, shredded

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon garlic clove, minced

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a small bowl.
  2. Place the shredded cabbages and carrots in a large bowl.
